How a precision neuroscience conference attracted over 100 leading scientists and clinicians worldwide.

Opportunity

Scientists from Virginia Tech, Aarhus University, the University of Oslo, and the University of Bergen were hosting their third bi-annual International Precision Neuroscience Conference. They needed a new website, brand, and communication strategy to attract top-quality speakers and attendees.

Our Solution

We developed a flexible, attractive, and mobile-friendly conference website that would serve as the International Precision Neuroscience Conference’s core digital program, registration portal, sponsorship channel, and promotional asset. We also ran social media video ads on X (formerly Twitter) and display ads on prominent neuroscience journal websites. More than 100 scientists from across the world attended the conference in Roanoke, Virginia.
